  • Ensure staff satisfaction by continuous support and mentorship by the supervisor or clinical instructors.
  • Ensure that Nursing units are maintained as per THI standards
  • Ensuring continuous professional development of nursing staff as per NES annual plan and in-service sessions.
  • Establish a stronger patient education program at THI, Information booklets to be served according to a patients need
  • Improve standards of practice through Standardized Nursing Care Plans and clinical pathways where applicable.
  • Increase patient satisfaction by maintaining high standard of cleaning Inpatient areas
  • Monitoring of clinical key performance indicators
  • Provision of Home Health Care Services
  • Survey level of satisfaction of Patients on daily basis
  • Control hospital infection through continuous monitoring and reinforcement of infection control policy
  • Ensure availability of Nursing Staff according to staff model proposed through a continuous recruitment
  • Strengthen multidisciplinary joint effort especially with the Physician, drug specialist, dietitian, and physiotherapist.
  • Visitor Control in all Inpatient/Outpatient units
  • Work in a joint effort with Materials Management Department to guarantee accessibility of Capital hardware and Medical Surgical supplies
