- Ensuring continuous professional development of nursing staff as per NES annual plan and in-service sessions.
- Establish a stronger patient education program at THI, Information booklets to be served according to a patients need
- Improve standards of practice through Standardized Nursing Care Plans and clinical pathways where applicable.
- Increase patient satisfaction by maintaining high standard of cleaning Inpatient areas
- Monitoring of clinical key performance indicators
- Provision of Home Health Care Services
- Survey level of satisfaction of Patients on daily basis
- Control hospital infection through continuous monitoring and reinforcement of infection control policy
