Patient Relations

Tabba Heart Institute’s Patient Relations department is available to act as a liaison between patients and their attendants and hospital Administration & medical teams, to address day to day issues. They are available to assist patients and families in ensuring that their experience with Tabba Heart Institute (THI) becomes a positive one.  Should a concern about your experience arise, we first suggest, if possible, you discuss your concern with the involved parties.  If the concern remains unresolved, please contact Patient Relations Department and we will be happy to assist you.  Your discussions with Patient Relations staff members remain confidential and do not negatively affect your care. Our goal is to serve all our patients and make their stay with THI as comfortable as possible.

Complaints / Suggestions / Feedbacks:

Feedback is a valuable tool in making improvements throughout THI. Your complaints, suggestions, and feedbacks about our services and standards are very important for us. Complaint/Suggestion boxes are installed at convenient locations at all floors; and (remove) the PR team regularly collects all the feedback forms and due action is undertaken.
Every week, a Committee, appointed by the management of THI, reviews all the complaints, feedbacks, and suggestion forms, and takes necessary steps to implement the preventive action so required.

Services Offered:

Patient Relations Office at THI also conducts regular and structured Patient Satisfaction Surveys in different clinical and administrative areas. These surveys are aimed at finding out the patient and their attendants’ level of satisfaction with our services offered.
The findings of the surveys are compiled using different statistical techniques and the reports are presented to the Management for necessary action.
