Our Comprehensive Cardiology and Structural Heart Services:

Patient Relations Office at THI also conducts regular and structured Patient Satisfaction Surveys in different clinical and administrative areas. These surveys are aimed at finding out the patient and their attendants’ level of satisfaction with our services offered. The findings of the surveys are compiled using different statistical techniques and the reports are presented to the Management for necessary action.

Feedback is a valuable tool in making improvements throughout THI. Your Compliment, Complaints & Feedback, & suggestion about our services and standards are very important for us. Complaint/Suggestion boxes are installed at convenient locations at all floors; and (remove) the PR team regularly collects all the feedback forms and due action is undertaken.

  • Troubleshooting support & resolution of patient related consults.
  • Complaints are acknowledged via SMS within 24 hours (excluding weekend and public holidays).
  • A response to mail is provided within 7 working days.
  • In cases where the patient remains unsatisfied, a meeting with a consern department is arranged with in 10-15 days.
