In Tabba heart hospital Pharmacy Residency Program provides participants work closely with experienced preceptors who provide mentorship and guidance. Residents are exposed to a wide range of clinical experiences, such as patient care rounds, medication management, drug information services, and pharmacy administration. They also engage in teaching activities, conduct research, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

This program functional in hospital since 2021, each year Pharmacy residents are selected completely on merit basis.
